Vortech 58°F™ Back Wrap

Vortech 58°F™ Cold Therapy Wraps utilize advanced hydrocarbon phase-change technology, engineered to solidify at approximately 58°F. This precisely calibrated temperature delivers the therapeutic benefits of cold therapy, such as inflammation and pain reduction, without the risks commonly associated with ice or gel-based products, including frostbite or skin damage. The technology was developed in collaboration with leading athletic trainers and team physicians serving collegiate and professional sports organizations.

The Vortech 58°F™ Cold Therapy Back Wrap features two anatomically designed Velcro® straps, allowing for secure, targeted application to the lumbar region without the inconvenience or instability of elastic bandages. This innovative strapping system also enables adjustable compression, optimizing therapeutic contact and support to the affected area.

The wrap reaches full activation within approximately 20–30 minutes when placed in a freezer or any cooling environment maintained below 58°F, delivering a stable, controlled temperature proven to reduce pain, inflammation, and post-acute swelling.
