Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Expected delivery is between 3 - 5 business days.

Vortech will accept new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer items for return or exchange.

For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 14 days from the receipt of original order.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from the receipt of original order.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
